Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange.
Eligible Items
Most items can be returned. However, the following items are not eligible for return:

- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods
Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team with your order number
- We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping label
- Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging
- Ship the package using the provided label
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color. Follow the same return process and indicate your exchange preference when contacting us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
